Will Trump be on your ballot?

What regulations? And don't try oil production, we are pumping more oil today than at any time under your velveeta man.

Why not. Oil and gas production are up on private land. The Joke administration is doing everything it can to end all oil and gas production on public land. That Bribem has no control over private land is a good thing.

There you have TDS defined to a tee! Someone who openly admits that they would vote for Trump, a convicted felon, after being found guilty of crimes against the state. Also accurately defined as a MAGA shithead.

What felony(s) has Trump been convicted of? List it / them.

You said you would vote for him if he was found guilty.

He will. He'd vote for Satan over a Democrat. That's how much he hates America and anyone to the left of himself.

That's part of why I'm here, to make sure crazed radical leftist lunatics, communists, marxists, and facists, like you, get the smackdown they deserve.

This is the mentality of the MAGA patriot and why Republicans stand no chance whatsoever in the upcoming election IF they don't allow Trump to be their candidate.
Correct.

With Trump on the ballot, Republicans (outside of even greater election fraud than 2020) will dominate in the Rust Belt and win the Presidency. If Trump isn't on the ballot, then the Rust Belt region (and the election in general) is a complete and utter lost cause for Republicans because a professional Republican cannot win when a significantly large group of voters are no longer willing to "hold their nose" for professional Republicans who are bending them over furniture all the same as professional Democrats are.
Wow, you're really starting to get the dynamics of what's happening here! :)

Almost half of Republicans in new poll would not vote for Trump if he’s convicted of felony

64% of Americans will not vote for Trump in 2024
Though Donald Trump enjoys an improved standing among Republicans, the result of the general elections might be shocking for him, warns an AP-NORC poll.
53% of Americans say they would definitely NOT support him if he is the nominee. Another 11% say they would probably not support him in November 2024. These percentages amount to a whopping 64% of Americans who would not vote for Trump in 2024.

Made up numbers. Fake news. Libtard wet dreams.

Precisely, no courtroom is necessary to remove someone from a ballot if they are deemed to be ineligible. No self respecting person is going to doubt that Trump tried to steal that election.

I think it would be necessary because someone will challenge any Secretary of State's decision.

Good, then some states will remove Trump.

Because some idiot on the Internet said so? Lmfao. Again by your rationale states could remove someone from the ballot because of hair color. Doing it because you think someone is not "nice" is no more valid but thats all this is. Will states also decide not count write ins?

You're a idiot on the Internet,Yak. Are you admitting no one should pay attention to your support for the violent overthrow of state and federal governments along with the mass murder of people you deem "lefties"?

The 14th Amendment, section 3 is clear. Still, it will have to be approved in state courts to make it happen.

Are those things in the Constitution?

Since when do you give a shit about the constitution? The constitution does say people who "participate in" insurrection shall be ineligible to hold office. You haven't yet shown how that is determined and by whom.

As someone who gives less of a shit about our constitution than most, Yak,

let me remind you that our government is in the early process of attempting to demonstrate how Trump did that.
Right now, we must presume his innocence, as laughable as that seems.
That's just right now, however.

Watch this space, as it were.

Wise people, for the most part, probably are staying quiet about it.

This forum, however, was apparently intended for people who,
no pun intended,
like to yak about these things.

I think the Courts are going to have to decide, because the answer is unknown... So the Secretaries of State decide? Does it require a criminal conviction?
