Since when do you give a shit about the constitution? The constitution does say people who "participate in" insurrection shall be ineligible to hold office. You haven't yet shown how that is determined and by whom.

I think the Courts are going to have to decide, because the answer is unknown... So the Secretaries of State decide? Does it require a criminal conviction?
