why you carry a gun mowing the lawn

I don't know how many times that I've said that I don't give a fuck about guns one way or the other.
Those on the left who agree with me are many, but not likely to talk about it.

I opposed civilian ownership of AR-15 type assault weapons.
Otherwise, knock yourself out.
If you attack somebody on their own property and get shot, you had it coming.

It's not like the disgusting pig who shot somebody through her front door.
In that case, she was the one who deserved to be shot.

Paradox. Irrational. You can't argue both sides of a paradox.

So he is dead and you do not care. We get that. Shoot people when you want to or MAY feel threatened. If he was not carrying a gun, it would have been bruising and law suits as a result.

Sure he would have just bruised him a little. Not like an attacker has ever actually killed anyone before.

You liberals are idiots.

Did he hit the pool guy?

Apparently not. The pool guy also apparently did NOT notify the homeowner before entering the back yard (trespassing). Once shots were fired in self defense, the pool guy got out of there pronto.

That pool guy will probably make sure the homeowner KNOWS why he's there and get the homeowner's permission first, after that one!

Did he hit the pool guy?

No, but not for lack of trying.

Hit him with flying shards of glass, though.

That alone could have seriously injured and possibly disabled the guy.

No excuse for that shit.

Shoulda been charged.

In Florida, a homeowner opened fire on his pool cleaner because the guy showed up on a different day than usual.

Rather than open a window and ask who he was and why he was there, the gun sucker idiot fired 30 ROUNDS at the guy and destroyed his own sliding glass door.

Now he's possibly opened himself up for a lawsuit.

Would serve the trigger happy trigger licker right.

You are so stupid. You think discussing an incident and say has an attacker EVER killed anyone? In that case, you should shoot everyone you see because people have killed strangers. And spouses have killed their partners. Gotta shoot them too. You are not of a high enough level to understand how lost you are.

Kinda stupid. I would have given him warning and enough time to let me know why he's there. Pool guy was lucky, but 30 rounds and he missed (evidently he can't shoot!)? Pool guy was damn lucky!

Really??!? This guy did NOT notify the homeowner before entering the back yard. The homeowner had NO IDEA what the guy was doing there! That's trespassing, dude.

and I don't care who or what you are, you do NOT open fire immediately just because someone is on your property. Especially if you are in the safety of your own home. you use the intelligence you're supposed to have to deduce logically whether said person is a threat or not FIRST.............

even though you pansy assed feminists, who are actually terrified of others, would call this guy living in fear...........but reality certainly says differently

i'm sure you morons will find some way to blame the home owner though.....

https://basentinel.town.news/g/brok...ment-over-yard-work-ends-tulsa-shooting-death

A homeowner, who police believe was accosted by a neighbor Sunday over yard work, shot killed the aggressor, the Tulsa Police Department said.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of N. Toledo Avenue around 10:30 a.m. about a shooting. Officers arrived to find Blake Williams dead in the back yard of the residence.

Through the investigation and numerous interviews with witnesses and neighbors, officers learned the incident began with the homeowner doing yard work in the front yard. Williams approached him and became aggressive.

According to police, the homeowner asked Williams to leave several times. Williams eventually cornered the homeowner in the garage, began attacking him and cutting him with lawn trimming shears, and a physical fight ensued, TPD said.

At one point, the homeowner managed to get away from Williams, retrieved his gun, and again tried to get Blake Williams to leave, police said. Williams started walking away, then turned and ran at the homeowner, who shot Williams.

Williams died on the scene. TPD detectives questioned the homeowner and he is not under arrest at this time. His identity was not released by police.

Why you carry a gun while mowing the lawn, if you're not a paranoid schizophrenic???????????????????

The article stated Blake Williams attacked and cut the homeowner with lawn trimming shears. If true, deadly force is justified.

There's more going on here than the news articles, and others I've read, have stated. Did Williams have a mental illness? Was this a long-time feud? Why would one person attack another?

I occasionally carry one for snakes, but mostly I carry a machete. I'm on a few acres so there's lots of varmint hiding places. LOL

OTOH, seeing some fatass pushing his lawn mower in a postage-stamp sized yard with an AR-15 on his back would be.....odd.

I seriously doubt the guy will service their pool in the future.

there's some shady people in public bathrooms, just sayin

You have to be the most paranoid idiot on the planet.

Were you bullied as a child?

Does carrying a gun give you the feeling that your little weenie is somehow bigger?

Well, BLESS YOUR LITTLE HEART!

I have never known another man that was scarred to go to bathroom by himself.

Perhaps you should take your wife with you, so she can defend you!

I watched original "Death Wish" again a few nights ago. It came out in 1974. That's at least how old the liberal "a gun is an extension of your penis" meme has been around.

Ames Jainchill: You're probably one of them knee-jerk liberals that thinks us gun boys would shoot our guns because it's an extension of our penises.
Paul Kersey: Never thought about it that way. It could be true.
Ames Jainchill: Well, maybe it is. But this is gun country.

The fact Liberals have been trying to ban guns for 50 years instead of fix the problem of gangs, crime and mental illness reminds me of the oft-quoted "Definition of Insanity".
