I continue to find it interesting that repuke politicians want a gun-free audience but expect the rest of us to just deal with it whenever and wherever we are. That's very strange, isn't it?

(2) This subsection does not apply with respect to—

(B) any lawful transfer or lawful possession of a machinegun that was lawfully possessed before the date this subsection takes effect.
