I apologize for being curt earlier as it's probably not your fault you don't understand this. People aren't screened for weapons when they walk in a casino. So whether guns in a casino are allowed or not there's nothing from stopping anyone from bringing one in. And if that happens you have a large number of people in a confined area who are targets.

FYI any AR-15 can be made to fire fully auto by a civillian
but the only difference between a stock AR-15 and a millitary M-16 is full auto.
