Why was Alex Jones denied his right to a jury trial??

Really ? where does the constitution say the 7A does not apply to the states?. Don't tell me the SC says so. They are not allowed to rewrite the constitution. If you want to change the constitution you have to go thru the amending process. THINK, you miserable degenerate.

I don't know. If videos of the shooting had been released immediately, we would have a clear answer to that. But the vids were not released and if they were now, everyone would say they were altered. When there is a school shooting the vids of the shooting have to be released that day. Otherwise the skeptics will always say it's a false flag or a hoax to push the anti-gun agenda.

The shooting vids of parkland and uvalde were censored also.

The 1st Amendment starts with "Congress shall make no law.." and the other 9 amendments continue. The Constitution was written to increase the powers of the central government compared to the Articles of Confederation. Many feared the new constitution might be able to violate individual rights and the framers agreed to add some amendments in return for supporting ratification of the new document. Their purpose was to restrict the federal government only and that was the accepted interpretation until 1925.

It would help if you knew any history or constitutional law. Look up "incorporation of the Bill of Rights" to update your knowledge.Then you will also be able to THINK.
