The solution is to get rid of of the pro-Western government and install a pro-Russian government. After all, it's only eight years ago that a US-backed pro-western coup ousted the elected pro-Russian government and paved the way for the current lot. Shame about their country , isn't it. Another catastrophic mark-up for NATO.
