It is often impossible to prove a negative. It is impossible to prove a general negative. At least if it were a particular, like the claim that trump made a pee tape at 4:55 GMT on February 22nd, 1998 in Moscow, he could disprove it by proving he was somewhere else. It is literally impossible to prove false the statement trump made a pee tape at some point in his life. he cannot have an alibi for his entire life.
