Why did "Bone Spur" Refuse to send in a rescue mission? This man was separated from his group and fighting for his life, no rescue mission was sent in.

I posted at least 1 reference in this thread that showed you it was an ambush.
Over in less then 1/2 hour.
As well as the logistics, and the French cover jets took an hour to get there - France was responsible for air cover.
The unit didn't even ask for support for 1/2 hour

1.what I want to know is why they thought they could drive around Niger in pick up trucks?

2. Or why the US has a drone base in Niger, but French jets were doing the coverage.
They were on a non-covert operation, so they could have used drone coverage

The soldier was found more than a mile away. You think they dragged his body a mile away? No there was a chase, and "bone spur" refused to send a rescue to help him!
 
And here we are four weeks out and "Bone Spur" has refused to call it a terrorist attack.

I have no idea of what happened, the soldier could have been fleeing -who knows? Maybe they did drag the body.
None of that matters in terms of "sending in rescue"
