Why are white, uneducated voters voting for Trump?

Fact is that if only college educated people voted, Clinton would win this in a landslide. College educated whites are abandoning the Republican party in droves. All you're left with is uneducated racist hillbillies.

Insulting Trump is child's play.

Let's give the devil his due here.

Trump is a genius at media exploitation.
Some estimates indicate Trump has already gotten over a $Billion $dollars worth of free publicity.

It's a simple, obvious formula.
- Appeal to xenophobes.
- "I'm gunna build a wall."
- Mexico's gunna pay for it.
- I'm gunna suspend immigration of Muslims until we can figure out what the %$#@ is going on!
- I'm gunna deport all the illegal aliens.
- etc

Trump makes campaign promises he'll almost certainly not keep.
And though he crosses the line that most politicians would toe, it doesn't matter, because Trump's integrity is not a marketable asset. So Trump can smear his own crap on it, and there's no harm done.

And voters wanting change:
- don't realize how good they have it
- don't realize that change can mean making things a little better, or making things much, much worse.

If President Trump nuked ISIL, you can believe there'd be consequent problems.

There isn't a split between college educated and non-college educated black voters. It's not like college educated are any more Republican. Only with whites is their a significant difference.

Trump may or may not be, who knows what he actually believes, but Republican voters don't clamor for an anti-war candidate like the Democrats do not did they have a candidate in the primaries get millions of votes whose whole foreign policy was predicated on "I didn't vote for Iraq and she did"

Among my many, many problems with Trump... the idea that America isn't great now is abhorrent (and not only to me). And his boast that he can "make it great again" is a slap in the face to those of us who don't need to put down the country in order to support a candidate.

I'm as patriotic as the next person. Making America Great again isn't a putdown -it's a clarion call for change.
What trump is pointing out is we have severe problems with debt, border controls, outsourcing, and trade.
