But the factual validity is in question.
a) I've been paying attention to that specific partisan distinction for decades. But I've NEVER seen any valid statistical study which demonstrates one party has an intellectual advantage over the other. If there is one, I've never seen it.
b) For sake of Socratic dialogue, the Republican lick against Democrats is Democrats favor higher taxes. SPLENDID !! True or not, let's follow it to its logical conclusion.
b1) "Happiness" studies have consistently shown that survey / test subjects are happier spending $money on others, than on themselves.
Further "happiness" studies have show relatively socialist Denmark to have the happiest people on Earth. There the minimum wage is high, not only is college tuition available, but even including a stipend for students.
If Democrats are stupider than Republicans, that's fine. But I'd want to review the science, the statistical analysis that supports that conclusion before I assume it's true.
