Because it was not funny and not meant that way. Also, the president's words have a real impact, even when a dumb one like trump says them. He was advocating injecting disinfectant and you were laughing? really? That is not proper for a president or any official. Your words have real meaning.

Because the President once again gave them a target by speculating in front of the media rather than in a meeting room where such speculation belongs. Stream of consciousness conversation should not be part of the President's pressers.
