Between 1982 and September 2024, 82 out of the 151 mass shootings in the United States were carried out by White shooters. By comparison, the perpetrator was African American in 26 mass shootings, and Latino in 12. When calculated as percentages, this amounts to 54 percent, 17 percent, and eight percent respectively.

As of 2022, 33% of all nurses identified as Black, Asian, Hispanic, or Latino/a, indicating a significant increase in representation compared to 23% in 20032.

So even with the breakdown you provide (via Google), you STILL have 13% of the population providing 7% of the RN population. And as a reminder, your stat leaves out Hispanic or Latin folk of African descent. So once again, the stat game is subjective in it's interpretation .... sheet wearers preferring anything they perceive to bolster their white supremacist beliefs. Carry on.

:rolleyes: More stats, but NO RAW NUMBERS of the actual criminal registry and the actual crimes and the actual number of black men.

It's like this, toodles. The FBI/DOJ numbers show folk like you corner the market on sex crimes. So when some women or child wakes up in the hospital after being assaulted/raped, she or the parents don't say "Oh thank God it was a white man and NOT one of this over-represented blacks.

Nursing Workforce Fact Sheet​


Considering racial backgrounds, the breakdown of RN population in 2022 was 80% White/Caucasian; 7.4% Asian; 6.3% Black/African American; 2.5% more than one race; 0.4% Native American or Alaska Native; and 0.4% Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander. In addition, 6.9% of the RN workforce report their ethnicity as Hispanic.1
