Free classes in Civics and critical thinking at public night schools is a suggestion of mine to combat this phenomenon.

Actually, it's almost certain that Californians have more testosterone per capita than Americans in general. Obesity decreases testosterone, as does age, and California is both younger and thinner than most states. If you want to find low-testosterone areas, you'd want to look for places like Mississippi, West Virginia, Alabama, and Louisiana. It's probably also not coincidental those are places with fetishistic gun cultures -- guys who can't get hard any more find comfort in their little metal phalluses.

If someone wants to claim I'm uninformed, I'd expect the person to be able to cite some relevant information that contradicts a claim I'm making. If someone wants to call me dishonest, I'd expect them to be able to cite some misleading claim from me. And if someone says I'm a liar, I expect them to be able to at least point out a specific statement I made and evidence that it's wrong. As you know, that hasn't happened here. Despite being challenged over and over to do so, none of the posters have been able to rise to that challenge. How about you? Can you cite a specific claim I made and evidence that it's wrong?

Californians are well nourished. There's a reason the state has one of the highest life expectancies in the country. They're even a little overfed, if you look at rates of overweight and obesity relative to what was normal in the country just a few decades back. But they don't have a lot of men walking around with bitch tits only outdone by their beer bellies, the way you see throughout the Deep South.

Should White American people be worried about this? Yes, I think they should; and in fact they very much are. This is one major reason why Whites in the US do not make a habit of venturing into America's Black neighbourhoods, districts, towns and cities, i.e; they don't want to be shot dead by some drugged-up, low IQ, low impulse-control Black who is packing heat.
