But an official and proper designation of Terrorist groups, does grant the POTUS extended powers to take action, including execution against them.

So Trump is exploiting that truth and using it to craft a lie and take actions he has no power to take.

Just as with him nationalizing the National Guard by abusing the legit use of it (can do so under certain extreme conditions), and using that power wrongly to use them for normal policing, which cannot be done.

In the end, he does it first, and once told he cannot by the SC, his response will be 'you are months too late as i already did'.

I did not approve of his drone campaigns without Congressional approval. I stated so at the time. I believe christiefan did as well. If I’m not mistaken.
