Where's the calls for jail time for this wife beater?

It takes two to tango and no one here knows what set off the incident yet folks want Baer thrown in jail.
If you read any of the reports, they were both arguing for a good period of time, leading up to the incident that's being shown...
How anyone thinks that only he should be held responsible isn't looking at the entire picture...only reacting...(the OP is just ridiculous.... )

Oh my God!!!!!! Another idiot who believes they are Vulcan with no emotions!
Grown ups control their emotions, children lash out, and it’s up to adults to instruct them in the proper way to channel their anger. It isn’t by overpowering someone to get your way. Conflict resolution is taught in school.

He would be held responsible if he were a student, now wouldn’t he. I have seen students suspended for less. I’m sure you have as well.

In an incident, either both are held responsible...or neither...If this had been in the classroom or in the hall, etc. both would go...

Not folks....I want him to be treated like Black males in this situation.

It's time for equality either you all STOP treating Black as criminals or start criminalizing the whites who do the same things.

Read the article...they were both embarrassed at how this happened in public....Either could have walked away, but chose not to....

How would a black male have been treated? How would a black female have reacted? Is there difference? What's your point?

WOW guess you have never heard of road rage or shopping rage or parking lot rage!!!!!!! If someone is angry enough they will and often do attack the subject of their rage. So don't give me that
grown ups control their emotions
bullshit.

Emotions and punching someone in the face are two separate issues that are not inherently linked.

Having the self control to keep yourself from punching your friend, your wife, your grandfather in the face is really not hard in the least. Even if one is pissed off to the max.

You are on record suggesting that "lashing out" at loved ones and friends is perfectly understandable if one gets angry enough.

I can guarantee you that mental health professional would consider you a prime candidate for counseling if they heard you say that. For the safety of your family and friends, I suggest you reflect on what you have been posting in this thread.

Sorry Dr. Freud but I have never struck anyone in anger since my teens. The only exception to that was in combat. So take your psychobabble and shove it up your ass. BTW I'm not angry simply amused you are so ignorant of psychology, and human nature which the military trained me in.
