I'm not sure ( by original text) if he's covered by the emoluments clause-prohibits US officeholders from receiving any "presents of value" from foreign powers as the clause does not specifically name the president.
He may very well be exempt.
Now if he does actually trade as a quid pro quo on his brand for US government considerations -that would be up to Congress to take up
