Again, why can't it be about both? Why can't he be a self loathing homosexual who used radical Islam to kill homosexuals and to commit suicide, martyrdom, whatever you wish to call it, thinking it would make him right Allah if he killed the gays for Daesh?
 
Here is a proposal. We should make every mosque go through a mandatory background check and have a waiting period of one year before it can be built. If it is good enough for guns it should be good enough for muslimes

That's speculative and I conceded he was probably gay and maybe even homophobic.

To borrow a phrase, what difference does it make? Mateen gunned down innocent Americans, as a commited jihadist. It happens they were gay this time.

The only thing that matters is how to prevent more innocent Americans being shot up. Or blown up, if the left makes it harder for them to get guns.

Because from what we know of his beliefs he did align with conservative ideas. Most liberals don't hate gays, for starters.

And as far as Obama, he's the president of every race, religion and gender in America and I expect his language to reflect that. Why you guys think Trump would do better is beyond me. You think the Dearborn Muslims are going to rest easy if Trump becomes president and asks everyone to spy on their neighbors?
