If you watched the entire exchange, she was speaking in the abstract, not literal. Magats suddenly act as if they can't understand the difference in their never-ending crusade against people their feckless leaders deem "enemy of the people", or scientific facts that interfere with projected corporate profits and control of the populace on one level.
