when cops dont' care about the law

none of the cops on that scene were 'good' cops. they all allowed an obviously unlawful arrest happen because it was one of their own, 'just following orders'.

I'd have shot him for attempted kidnapping

I do wish you had been there to do that....truly I do. I am amused by your lack of empathy on the part of police and the frustrations they must have dealing with crooks, pimps and dumbfucks like you.

So a decltective isn't supposed to know of the law, even the Bill of Rights?
I call bullshit on your post.

No one is defending this detective you insufferable moron on steroids; it is the painting with that broad brush that makes idiots like you look like small minded twits. I think you're....

UNHINGED and TRIGGERED!!

:rofl2:

Yes, what I saw was a fat ass, donut eating cop getting angry that a nurse would not comply with his demands, and he let his anger take over and roughed her up.

I do not even think he was listening to what she was saying - that state policy prohibited her from doing it. All his mind heard was somebody refusing to comply with his demands.

Good....let it all out .....hate those cops and become....

UNHINGED and TRIGGERED!!

:rofl2:

WTF? A mistake? The officer knew what it took to get the blood sample. Either a warrant, patient consent, or having the patient under arrest. You notice the cop didn't arrest the guy. He didn't want a charge of false arrest on him.

This was a blatant disregard for the law nad the man's constitutional rights. It was not a "mistake". It was a crime.

YES! Hate yourselves some cops while becoming....

UNHINGED and TRIGGERED!!

:rofl2:

9.9 times out of 10 you would be doing serious time~if not for this being on camera......... Even if you were in the right totally........
I agree. On the street, it's a different story, video or not. But he's within the sanctuary of a hospital. Staff has jurisdiction over anyone. It's no different than a cop who wants to interrogate a patient. If the doctor deems the patient too weak/ill, then the cop is shown the door.

There are federal laws at play, and some incompetent detective has no power within those walls unless given permission by the hospital.

fuck their frustrations in who they deal with. and fuck their own lack of empathy when they deal with people who are NOT crooks, pimps, and dumbfucks like you. it's brainwashed idiot cowards like yourself who go through life with blue badged blinders on and don't give a fuck enough to see that the nurse actually took the time to explain the law that she obviously knew, but this pig and his piggish lieutenant couldn't be bothered enough to know, let alone look up, so they DESERVED to have a few extra holes put in to the bodies. what do they think they get paid to do?????

Humans make mistakes; Government is comprised of humans. The assumption that they should be flawless is not merely naïve, but moronic.

that is the stupidest fucking thing you've EVER stated. it shows you have ZERO clue about how the founders felt about government when they wrote the constitution.
