What is a Christian Zionist?

Under that definition, it sounds like the term 'Zionist' is no longer relevant since the nation of Israel has already been re-established.
There was no 'biblical ' nation of Israel, Israel was created , unfairly, in 1948. Its actual legality still depends upon its compliance with UN Resolution 194. Your wishful thinking is commonplace- but erroneous. Consult your sock.

' This is what archaeologists have learned from their excavations in the Land of Israel: the Israelites were never in Egypt, did not wander in the desert, did not conquer the land in a military campaign and did not pass it on to the 12 tribes of Israel. Perhaps even harder to swallow is the fact that the united monarchy of David and Solomon, which is described by the Bible as a regional power, was at most a small tribal kingdom. And it will come as an unpleasant shock to many that the God of Israel, Jehovah, had a female consort and that the early Israelite religion adopted monotheism only in the waning period of the monarchy and not at Mount Sinai. Most of those who are engaged in scientific work in the interlocking spheres of the Bible, archaeology and the history of the Jewish people – and who once went into the field looking for proof to corroborate the Bible story – now agree that the historic events relating to the stages of the Jewish people’s emergence are radically different from what that story tells. '

There was no 'biblical ' nation of Israel,
Incorrect. Israel was a nation (which later split into two kingdoms -- Israel and Judah).

Israel was re-established in 1948, as prophesied in The Bible.

There was no such contemporary name - and Uncle's ' kingdom ' was a small tribal affair.
Get your foolish head straight- the Jews were never in Egypt, there was no 'exodus ', no parting of the seas, no pass-over , no Moses in the bullrushes, no stone tablets , nobody was 900 years old and nobody lived in a whale , you dumbass, brainwashed, attention seeking lemming.

And The Omniscience One as the Holy Oracle speaks.

You're an idiot, moonbat.

Supposedly, the armies of the world will meet at Mount Megiddo, from which we get the word "armageddon", and then fight a great war in Jerusalem, which destroys Israel. You should read your own religious texts.
Israel isn't a city, Wally.
Night is right here. The Rapture is nowhere in the Bible. It is an American Christian invention. It is a rather recent idea.
It is. See 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and Matthew 24:37-44.
That said, the majority of Christian Fundamentalists believe it is in the Bible, and do believe in it. It informs their Zionism.
Christianity isn't fundamentalism. Redefinition fallacy. Zionism has nothing to do with the Rapture, Wally.
This is all New Testament stuff, so not only do I not believe them, but none of my ancestors have ever believed them.
Your loss.
And you see no danger of Israel not existing in the future?
No.

It was later split into ten kingdoms (or tribes), several of which are hidden still today. The tribe of Judah is known, which is why they are called 'Jews'.

Follow the experts. They're Israeli after all.

Samaritans
The Samaritans call themselves the Israelites, but are willing to go by the name of the last known capital of the Kingdom of Israel. They have their own, more primitive, version of the Torah. They use an earlier version of Hebrew.

They claim the Jews are copying Samaritans, and the Jews claim the Samaritans are copying the Jews. I am Jewish, but I still find something compelling about the Samaritans.

It would all be an issue, if the Samaritans were not dying out. They do not intermarry outside their group, and there are less than a thousand of them. Sooner or later, there will be none. Back when they were more vibrant, when Jesus was alive, they were more of an issue.

There definitely was a Kingdom of Judah, and later a Kingdom of Judaea. Jews have been in the area for 3,000+ years.

History before the Babylonian Exile is very vague, so you may well be right about Judah and Israel never being united. Israelis probably immigrated to Judah, after Israel's fall, and brought their culture with them. As for whether Israelites were in Egypt, the archeological evidence suggests the reverse. Israel was occupied by Egypt at the time, or so it appears.

In 1890, I would say you have a strong point for not creating Israel. There were only a small minority of Jews in Palestine, and so no need to create trouble. Now there are millions of Jews in Israel, who have lived there all their lives. We might as well return America to the Native Americans, or England to the Celtic Britons.

They claim the Jews are copying Samaritans, and the Jews claim the Samaritans are copying the Jews.
The jokes on them both. They are both copying the Canaanites.

I am Jewish, but I still find something compelling about the Samaritans.
Did you hear about the good one. I think he passed away some time ago.

It would all be an issue, if the Samaritans were not dying out.
Blame it on gentrification.

They do not intermarry outside their group, and there are less than a thousand of them.
Is it any wonder? Samaritans are always worrying too much that the meat they are eating is "unclean." They can't eat out, they can't order from Door Dash and they can never "break bread" on a date at someone else's house. They're doomed.

Sooner or later, there will be none.
... *or* they will ditch the dietary requirements and thrive, one of the two.

Back when they were more vibrant, when Jesus was alive, they were more of an issue.
I wonder if the Massoud uses Samaritans as "ghost whisperers."

Good question. I see/hear the term 'Zionist' thrown around fairly often, usually as an insult of some sort, but I have no idea what it is supposed to mean and I'm guessing that the people who are hurling the term around likewise have no clue what it means.
Yet I, of all people, was asked if I was a Zionist. At this point, I'm thinking about inventing a musical instrument called the "zion" and then calling players "zionists." Those who play frequently will be referred to as "avid zionists" while people who can't stand the noise from the damn thing will obviously be "zionist-HATERS."

Then I'll be absolutely certain that I am not a zionist.

Oh, and you're a wayyyyycist.
Question: Would a chemist who believes Jesus is his savior be called a Christian Ionist?

Am I the only one who asks the pressing questions?
