If authorities were aware of plans to harm anybody in Pittsburgh, El Paso, or Charleston they could have taken action in advance to stop them but they could not bomb or kill them unless they were confronted by deadly force.

That does not mean you can kill members of black extremist groups, ISIS, or Nazis because their declared goal is violence or genocide if they are doing nothing illegal.

You have declared you want ISIS and Nazis killed. Does that mean police can kill you because of your stated intention?

Reading the actual case revealed it was repeated harassment, not just a flag, that resulted in his prosecution. And, the judge DID NOT ban the Confederate flag but only ordered it be flown 250 feet away from the residence of the black family.

I'm asking you. I've looked at HHS, Congress, the White House...nowhere are there any rules or penalties for violating this mandate.

So how can it be a mandate if there's no penalty for violating that mandate? That would make it voluntary or recommended, not compelled.

Flash, this little temper tantrum of yours doesn't erase your Nazi coddling. You thought the rules of engagement on national threats were different domestically vs. globally, but as a very cursory google search reveals, the US government and law enforcement has routinely and regularly dropped bombs and fired shots at domestic threats.

You also say that police aren't justified in shooting someone if they're not a threat, but Nazis are an inherent threat, and if unarmed black men are shot in the back because "they posed a threat", then Nazis waving a Nazi flag are definitely a threat and should be shown the same mercy.

So the problem is that you've painted yourself into a corner here; you either have to admit that law enforcement killing Nazis is justified because they are a national threat, or that law enforcement is lying when they use the justification of "threat" for when they shoot unarmed black people.

Not an enviable position to be in.

We also stormed the Waco compound, Ruby Ridge, and dozens of other times the US government acted in force against extremists in this country, resulting in death.

Neither the family in Ruby Ridge nor the Branch Davidians were extremists. All of them were murdered by federal agents acting under Janet Reno, an appointee of Bill Clinton. These agents went on to try to cover up the facts to cover their butt. At least the ones in Waco tried to defend themselves.
