Can you please post any evidence what-so-ever to substantuate your claims that, for example, women have no power at all in Sharia? You completely misunderstand that Sharia is a large and complex system of law that has some provisions that subjecate women and other provisions that do not. Americans are FREE to subject themselves to Sharia, much like any other system of law, and if the courts are tasked with enforcing agreements that people enter, so be it, as long as doing so is Constitutional and not unconscionable.

Sharia is indeed a complex system of law, but it is consistently clear and concise, that women have NO authority, NO voice, NO rights which supersede the rights of men. There is NO provision under Sharia that DOESN'T subjugate women, it is consistently articulated throughout Sharia and upheld by Islam and followers of Islam. Please show me where Women have NO rights, because in my very little bit of review I have seen where women do have some rights. I have never advocated to have Sharia take over anything, I simply belive that Sharia should be treated as anyother set of rules would be treated in the United States, Freedom, Liberty and Democracy depend on it!
I dislike a ton of what Sharia has to offer, the idea that women are "mentally deficient" so it takes two women to testify to equal the testimony of 1 male... Imagine a woman needing another woman to testify at her rape trial because the testimony of her attacker counts for twice hers...

Actually in Galatians is specifically says that women are equal to men in the Bible. You may dislike what Christians have to say, but a "they claim" is far different than hadiths and scripture directly stating women are "mentally deficient" as the reason you need two to meet the standard of "one man" in a court...

it doesn't......it says that wives should submit to their husbands.....in the same passage it says husbands should submit to their wives.....and children should submit to their parents......in the original text it's one sentence, with one verb for all three statements......are you going to twist that text to claim women should be subservient to rapists?........

I am not talking about what the bible says, I am talking about what some Christian Churches teach. I agree with you that the True Bible, the spirit of the bible, does not say women are to be subservant to husbands, but that is taught to many Christians. The King James Version flat out says it in many places. My sister was lecturing me about it just the other day, she learned it from her wacko mainstreem warehouse of a mega-church. You cant read the Bible and take it as flat out law. What we call the bible has been edited and rewritten many times and was written many years after Christ's death. You have to read it and then edit it in what you belive to be the true spirit of the bible.
