once again a clueless statement...he didn't acknowledge first amendment rights, no religion has a "right" to just build their holy building anywhere they want...
with that said...i fail to see the issue people have with the mosque being built there...correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't there a mosque there prior the buildings coming down?
Read it again, junior. First, he didn't say that any religion has a right to just build their holy building anywhere they want. And he did indeed acknowledge the right of people to practice their religion and religious freedom. It's pretty weird to pretend that his statement is not an acknowledgement of First Amendment rights.
