What does a ban on business travel have to do with business travel? It bans it.

Pneumonia is a condition which can be caused by a virus, bacteria, or even autoimmune disease. If it is caused by a virus, it is called viral pneumonia.
I am not an expert on any of this, but luckily it is very elementary. I do know the "medical experts" that are posting that viral pneumonia is all a lie are not experts. I can either believe the Alt Right "medical experts" or every real medical expert.
There is no "essential business" exception to the quarantine. You can apply for an emergency visa to go to Europe, but there is a very long backlog on even reviewing that. When they review it, it will be judged on how it benefits them, and not how it benefits me, or America. Then there is a two week quarantine. Many governments are switching to armed guards with the quarantine of Americans, after the failure of Americans to respect quarantines in Australia, Singapore, and several other countries.
So the ban on business travel is very real, but it is "only" a 99.99% ban, not a 100% ban.
