Apparently it passed over Japanese territory at a height of 350 miles. It didn't encroach upon Japanese airspace at all.

It posed a distinct threat, many of those missiles have malfunctioned. They deliberately chose a flight path over Japan as it would cause the least problems. If Kimmy had tried the same stunt over China or Russia he'd be toast.

How does anybody know if it was fitted with a nuclear warhead and they were testing it? I doubt if either the Americans or Russians would worry about the niceties of legality if they tracked an unannounced missile coming towards them. Moontwat is a fucking idiot, the UN Security Council is the law and they met yesterday to decide what to do next!

Dunce. It appears that all airspace above 12 miles high is international airspace. That's not a support of NK launches- it's a condemnation of the assholes who demand that apparently legal activities are met with violence- assholes like you.
 
They should inform China that the next missile fired toward Japan will be considered a threat and responded to accordingly.
This way China knows what's up.
