Apparently. I don't give a fuck who he is an attorney for. He is not authorized to enforce the law. The election officials are and I have already posted proof of their position several times now on a case that is apparently still pending. It's hillarious to me that dipshits like Ditzie claim to support States' rights and local control and then bitch about the local control.

The election officials are tasked with this. I am fine with a Judge stepping in here as it does not offend my philosophy of government (I fully support all the checks and balances), but Ditzy would squeal like a pig (but that is redundant) about "judicial activism" in this case if it went against his party.

Who knows how many countless Romney votes turned to Obama when people were able to see the magnificence of Obama as they walked into that voting location? That is, if they were able to even maintain more than a split-second gaze, as it is quite similar to looking upon the sun.

Romney is toast in PA now.
