Voters in PA greeted today by Panthers, Murals

LMAO... so you know more about the PA law than the Democratic Party attorney?

Ok String.

Apparently. I don't give a fuck who he is an attorney for. He is not authorized to enforce the law. The election officials are and I have already posted proof of their position several times now on a case that is apparently still pending. It's hillarious to me that dipshits like Ditzie claim to support States' rights and local control and then bitch about the local control.

The election officials are tasked with this. I am fine with a Judge stepping in here as it does not offend my philosophy of government (I fully support all the checks and balances), but Ditzy would squeal like a pig (but that is redundant) about "judicial activism" in this case if it went against his party.

It doesn't have to be "active" to not be passive, shit for brains. A sign or brochure is not active! A button or sticker is not active! There is ANOTHER word that goes with "passive" in the law, it's "electioneering" and that means stuff pertaining to the outcome of said election. A wall-sized mural of one of the candidates does not constitute "passive electioneering" by any stretch.

BUT... I tell ya what.... NEXT election, we'll see to it that EVERY polling precinct in Red State America is plastered with images of President Romney! When Democrat voters go to the polls, we'll make certain they have to walk through a maze of "passive" Romney banners to get to where they vote, and the voting booths will be plastered with ROMNEY stickers! Hope you enjoy the NEW DEMOCRACY!

I must say that reading page after page of Dixie's whining about nothing at all is certainly entertaining.

His one-sided, partisan petulance is better entertainment than anything on TV.

Judge Orders Obama Mural Covered At Northeast Philadelphia Polling Place

http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/20...ered-at-northeast-philadelphia-polling-place/

Too little, too late.

Who knows how many countless Romney votes turned to Obama when people were able to see the magnificence of Obama as they walked into that voting location? That is, if they were able to even maintain more than a split-second gaze, as it is quite similar to looking upon the sun.

Romney is toast in PA now.

You are quite funny.

"Political Organizations" can't stand places. Only people can. Discriminating against a member of the New Black Panther Party because he is a member of the New Black Panther Party probably ain't close to constitutional.

Let me make sure I have democrats straight here, If my public school wants to paint a cross with Jesus on the mural in the cafeteria, you're okay with that, because government isn't actively endorsing any religion. It is merely a passive gesture.

Is that your position?

An apt comparison, Dixie.

Well done.
