but state courts said each individual felon’s circumstances must be weighed. To get around that, McAuliffe used a mechanical autopen to rapidly sign thousands of letters, as if he had personally reviewed them, even as his office was saying the total was 13,000.

you don't actually "get around" court orders......in the legal profession we call that violating the law......there's no way they individually weighed 60,000 felon's circumstances since the court order.......all of the registrations will have to be sifted out and their votes deleted before the Virginia election can be certified.....not even sure how they could do that.....

this IS what you call a constitutional crisis.....and the election hasn't even happened yet.....
