I think we can establish the accuracy of our predictions; the 'civil war' crowd are pussies. They won't do anything. This was the best they have, one casualty of their war and they lose their minds.

Look, there really is no excuse for rioting inside the US capitol building any more than there is for the idiotic folks who storm the police stations or the government buildings down in Denver during BLM riots. What these folks did I would not do personally, except in extremely rare circumstances, and this was definitely not one of them. I maybe would join the peaceful folks outside protesting irregularities, I would not attack people or property over something I think can be resolved through some logical simple steps to ensure election integrity without curbing the rights of folks to vote.

I think anybody who did so was seriously wrong.

She just didn't deserve a death sentence for it.

On one side of her, were several heavily armed police officers, but on other sides were about a hundred heavily armed terrorists. She was hardly surrounded. If the police officers had tackled her, they would have been overwhelmed and killed.

With at least two of the dead linked to drug use, I have to wonder if drugs did not play a part here too. It would help to explain why she was smashing her whole body against a barricaded capitol door window. She did not seem to feel the cuts that the glass had made in her arms.

Tamir Rice was an unarmed 12 year old boy who was shot in the back without warning. He was black, so you are OK with that.

There were hundreds of warnings not to break into the Capitol Building and attack elected officials. Even if there weren't, any reasonable person knows that is dangerous and illegal.

There is a dead Capitol Police officer who would disagree with you about the rioters choosing not to kill. In fact, there are about 50 other Capitol Police officers with extreme injuries who would also disagree with you. Just because a bullet proof vest saved a police officers life does not mean that the terrorist who shot him did not mean to kill him.

And then there are the bombs... Which were definitely meant to kill.

She was 35 years old (plus or minus). She was not a child. She knew what she was doing, or at least should have known. She was committing a severe federal felony, and attacking federal law enforcement. She was looking at decades in prison.

Meanwhile, Rice was 12 years old. He was just a child, and had committed no crime. Funny how you call him a thug, and an adult just a child.

I didn't see any of the rioters armed. It doesn't matter since the mob was obviously out of control and seeking to breach a barricaded door with police and innocent Americans inside. It's a tragedy, but it looks like a lawful shooting to me. Frankly, I'm surprised a lot more people weren't shot.

It is the Capitol Building. Until the storming by terrorists, it was a carefully controlled environment. That means it was almost certainly some form of law enforcement that shot her.

You can see that there was a large crowd of armed terrorists around her. That meant that the SWAT team could not have grabbed her. They were going to try to push her (and the other terrorists) away, but there was no way to grab her. I doubt they would have succeeded in pushing so many people away.

actually the Capital Police issued a report that none of their officers have died......and nobody has argued that the antifa fuckwit who shot the police officer should not go to jail......
