It is just one same sample of politicians escaping consequences for their crimes, I have seen it since Nixon. It is why I take none of it seriously. They don't convict politicians for their political crimes or if they do, they are pardoned. They want to blacken Clinton's eyes, but they won't indict her.

No it isn't. The Powel screed being spun, and then perpetuated by people such as yourself, is why she may avoid prosecution. If you cared about ensuring she face justice, you'd be encouraging democrats to join in the demand for it.

Forgive the public for being skeptical of your motive. If you people don't like someone's political ideology you begin to engage in the politics of personal destruction trying to make a scandal out of anything. It's clear you were seeking to create a scandal before you knew any facts.

There is no scandal here, there's criminality.

Benghazi too was a cover-up that reached even the president. Hillary is now basically calling family members of that tragedy liars over what they claim she and the president said to them.

But you go ahead and make your self induced denial palatable by pointing fingers away from the facts.

What scandal do I scream about? I discuss policy and might talk about tactics when they are egregious, I don't scream scandal at every step like you guys do.

From my memory it started with Bill Clinton, breathlessly screaming scandal. You did it with President Obama, and you are now starting on Secretary Clinton.

The sky is falling, the sky is falling... and on and on and on. When you get bored of the current "scandal" or you find something you think will work better you move on to manufacture another one.

and while those of us who are NOT ideologically driven try to pursue the same against ALL of them, we get accused of the same by proles like yourself who conveniently forget that we also pushed to prosecute 'the other side'. you play right in to the establishments hands like the fools that you are.

The Supreme Court on Monday turned down a plea by the national Republican Party to free it from a three-decades-old court order that limits its right to challenge voters’ qualifications. The Republican National Committee had argued that it has obeyed the order diligently and thus it should be lifted; the Democratic National Committee said that violations continue. The case was Republican National Committee v. Democratic National Committee (12-373). The Justices offered no explanation, as usual, for denying review. The order list is here.
