US government finds 'top secret' information in Clinton emails

Yet the piece of shit, fucking rag NYT and its leftwing puppets in the MSM continue to defend her. The fucking scumbags at the NYT even advocated for her as the democratic nominee.

If a republican had done something like this those whore bastards would have blasted her on an almost hourly basis. This is one of the biggest problems in the country today; the media is simply awful.

I hear you, the Guardian is considered a left wing paper yet it is printing this story.

here is the deal oh lame one.

information is not BORN classified.

did you know that?

you see first it starts as information

then people look at that information and think of its use and implications.

then the right people go "hey we dont want so and so knowing this stuff because then so and so might do such and such.

we better make this information hard to get ahold of from now on.

You will of course lie about this just like you lied about Obamas American citizen ship being in question.

But then pretend Cruze's is crystal clear

you guys don't have set morals

You are factless as usual. Read statutes and not Clinton talking points

The same report also says that none of the TS information was classified at the time of their sending or receipt. Hmmmmmmm. Got your drawers in a wad for just one more idiotic and imaginary pipe dream?

Bunched undies is just ONE SYMPTOM of CDS!

http://nypost.com/2016/01/31/this-was-all-planned-former-ig-says-hillary-state-dept-are-lying/

The State Department is lying when it says it didn’t know until it was too late that Hillary Clinton was improperly using personal e-mails and a private server to conduct official business — because it never set up an agency e-mail address for her in the first place

“That’s a change in the standard. It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private e-mail server until later,” Krongard said in an exclusive interview. “How else was she supposed to do business without e-mail?”

He also points to the unusual absence of a permanent inspector general during Clinton’s entire 2009-2013 term at the department. He said the 5¹/₂-year vacancy was unprecedented.

“This is a major gap. In fact, it’s without precedent,” he said. “It’s the longest period any department has gone without an IG.”

Still, “It will never get to an indictment,” Krongard said.

For one, he says, any criminal referral to the Justice Department from the FBI “will have to go through four loyal Democrat women” — Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, who heads the department’s criminal division; Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and top White House adviser Valerie Jarrett.

Did you also read that there had been several phishing attempts from Russia on her server or did you "miss that bit"? I can tell you now that if this had been a Republican keeping government emails on a private server the media would be going ballistic about it.

Repubs have done it... Colin Powell and Condolezza Rice, to name a couple... and there was absolutely no outcry from anyone. Condi was Sec'y. of State just like Hillary. It's a freaking double standard.

Current and former candidates who use/have used private email systems.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, once used a private email system as executive of Milwaukee County.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, both Republicans, also criticized Clinton, even though they each used private emails when they held the post as their state's top executive.

Bobby Jindal, the Republican governor, who campaigned on a platform of providing more transparency in government, uses a private email account to communicate with immediate staff.

Chris Christie, the current Republican governor, follows an executive order, issued by a Democratic predecessor, that emphasizes the privilege for the chief executive: "All portions of records, including electronic communications, that contain advisory, consultative or deliberative information or other records (are) protected by a recognized privilege."

Martin O'Malley, the Democratic former governor of Maryland, used private emails and his personal cellphone to conduct state business

The Bush White House email controversy surfaced in 2007 during the controversy involving the dismissal of eight U.S. attorneys. Congressional requests for administration documents while investigating the dismissals of the U.S. attorneys required the Bush administration to reveal that not all internal White House emails were available, because they were sent via a non-government domain hosted on an email server not controlled by the federal government. Conducting governmental business in this manner is a possible violation of the Presidential Records Act of 1978, and the Hatch Act.[SUP][1][/SUP] Over 5 million emails may have been lost.[SUP][2][/SUP][SUP][3][/SUP] Greg Palast claims to have come up with 500 of the Karl Rove emails, leading to damaging allegations.[SUP][4][/SUP] In 2009, it was announced that as many as 22 million emails may have been lost.[SUP][5][/SUP]

What does this have to do with the fact that Powell used private email?

1) Did Powell have top secret emails on his private server?
2) Did Powell tell Congress, when his emails were subpoenaed, that all of them had been turned over except those that had been destroyed?
3) Did Powell then have to admit to having emails that weren't destroyed?
4) Did Powell then claim that the emails that weren't destroyed were all personal in nature?
5) Did Powell then have to admit that some of those undestroyed personal emails were actually classified documents?
6) Did Powell have to turn over his emails to the FBI?

Did republicans or Democrats launch an investigation of Powell, yes or no?

I stand corrected on Condi, it was Colin who used a private email account while SoS.

Did he have a home brewed home server? We aren't talking about a private internet account.

Are you really this dense? Do you really not understand the difference? Are you being deliberately obtuse or are you really this stupid?
