Unindicted Co-conspirators

Powell and Clark were fairly obvious as well.

Here's the tougher question: who is most likely to roll on Pedo Don for a lighter sentence?

I think Sydney will. Rudy is frickin' nuts and I doubt he'll even try. I don't know about the others.

Based on what is laid out in the indictment, I don't think they can roll on him. The evidence comes from other people and Trump's own words and tweets.

If they somehow have evidence showing Trump purposely sicced the mob on Congress, then they might get a deal.

Overall, I agree with you. They'd have to provide something very juicy to cut a deal. They might be able to provide a smoking gun for treason.

Why do you think Smith chose to focus on the election fraud over the insurrection? Easier to find and present evidence? As Poor Richard mentioned, they also got #TRE45ON's own words to use against the moron for those charges.

Not a lawyer, but over 1000 hours of watching Law & Order has taught me that prosecutors tend to chase the cases they can easily win.

On that note, I think the currently unindicted coconspirators will be the first to be tried for a few reasons: 1) they don't have Trump's money to stall justice. 2) focusing on them negates the "election year" claims bullshit. 3) a conviction would persuade them to roll on Trump for a reduced sentence. The more evidence against Trump, the better.

One interesting thing in the indictment is the conversations with Senators and Congresspeople. It doesn't specifically include them as conspirators but they were pivotal to the conspiracy.

I wondering if they are cooperating or if Smith just left them out to get this going and he will get them in a later indictment.

He left out all the others, and he didn't try for incitement. I think it's obvious he wants this to go to trial VERY quickly. He'll get to the rest. Rudy is toast. I don't think he can offer anything to Smith at this point.

I think more is coming, once they have the Don in prison. I still think there may be an insurrection charge against some of those sitting Congressmen. I also suspect that Fulton County is going to name ALL of them.

Trump is using his lawyers as an excuse for his crime wave. He is saying he followed what they said and is not to blame. However, any lawyer who said Trump was going wrong was fired and replaced with one that would gladly fight for the plot. Trump organized the whole thing and he is trying to shift the blame to others. Yet the righty here cannot learn what Trump is, no matter what happens. Trump tried to overthrow the government to stay in power.
This is Trump not being loyal to those who did his bidding. He expects loyalty and returns none.

Trump never takes responsibility for his actions and always blames others. This is why I have no respect for JPP Trump fans since they are the same way. People who don't take responsibility for their actions are losers.

Some of them are fairly obvious based on how they are described.

Here is one take on all 6 -

1 -4 were pretty easy to recognize based on news reports.
We know Trump had called Sydney Powell crazy.
Jeffrey Clark was clearly the DoJ official
Eastman was certainly one of the attorneys that devised the fake elector scheme.

To me Eastman is the most puzzling, concocting a legal theory that enabled a federal office holder (vice president) the authority to, on his own initiative, reject state certified electoral votes when the basic structure of the government is division of power between state and federal, on top of which a vice president often has, and Pence did, a personal interest in the outcome. A first year law student would know better. Any informed citizen would know better.

It proves the trump team was providing the fake documents for them to use as elector documents
