Unindicted Co-conspirators

I wondering if they are cooperating or if Smith just left them out to get this going and he will get them in a later indictment.

Co-Conspirator 4, a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the Defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud. [Jeffrey Clark]
Co-Conspirator 5, an attorney who assisted in devising and attempting to implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding. [Kenneth Chesebro]
Co-Conspirator 6, a political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding. [Mike Roman]

1 -4 were pretty easy to recognize based on news reports.
We know Trump had called Sydney Powell crazy.
Jeffrey Clark was clearly the DoJ official
Eastman was certainly one of the attorneys that devised the fake elector scheme.
 
One thing to keep in mind. They are listed as co-conspirators, not unindicted co-conspirators.
They most likely will be charged or have been charged under a separate indictment.

I was wondering the same thing. And maybe they weren't charged yet to act as bait. Anyone think that #TRE45ON won't try to influence them behind the scenes? They can then nail him for witness tampering as well.
 
The purpose of not indicting all of the conspirators is to not be dealing with two many defendants at once,
all employing stalling tactics, at once.

Yes although I'm not so sure about Bannon.

At the moment, I think the DOJ is giving the co-conspirators a chance to flip on Trump for lighter sentences.

There's something more to the story about her being the only outgoing first lady in modern history to deny the incoming first lady any access to the White House. : )

I disagree. Melania didn't even want to be in Washington DC. It took 6 months and a revised prenup to persuade her to leave NYC for the WH. It took another one to persuade her to appear with Trump during the 2020 election cycle. She must have gotten everything she wanted for herself and Barron since she's not made a single appearance with Pedo Don this year, AFAIK. In fact, I believe she'll make more public appearances once Pedo Don croaks or is sentenced to house arrest.

IMO, the co-conspirators were all lawyers and RW wackadoodles, none of which apply to Melania.

I think Mark Meadows was not listed as a co conspirator because he flipped

1. Rudy
2. John Eastman

These two are easy to identify from my reading of the indictment.

I was half kidding.

But if Trump successfully staged a military coup, I don't think Melania would have said single solitary word in protest to her husband, nor had a talk with her child that breaking the law is wrong.
