Uncle Sugar

what's so controversial about this? I don't get it.

at Democrats are leading women to believe they are unable to manage their sex lives without government-funded birth control,

Isn't that true?

without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing them for them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of government, then so be it.”

this is all true. you want to be takers and have your birth control subsidized. it doesn't fall out of the sky.

I know some people refuse to believe it, but pregnancy isn't a cake walk, and although not a disease, a woman does have a right to decide if she wishes to have a child or choices not to conceive.

She sure does....I agree....but don't come to the taxpayers to pay for it....not for contraceptives and not for abortions.... IF they are medically necessary for a medical
problem...then her insurance should be the ones that cover the expense, thats wtf she has insurance for...medical problems.

Arghhhhh, never mind, it like talking to a door knob.

I had a girlfriend who worked for Catholic Charities. They paid for her Birth Control Pills, but she had to go to the MD once a year to get him to say she needed them for "medical reasons other than Birth Control".

He isn't comprehending that insurance pays for this preventative healthcare, just like they pay for mammograms! I pay my premiums and in turn my insurance covers these things!

He simply wants to be able to continue pretending.

it still isn't FREE.

You lose.

Nope, you are the one who loses because you simply fail to get this concept.

The woman buys insurance, the insurance covers preventive treatment, birth control is preventive medicine, it is paid for by the woman's insurance.

The end

Words games again...???

It ?....IT being medical care ?

IT's not free......somebody is paying.....so I can agree with your very general statement.

Nope, you are the one who loses because you simply fail to get this concept.

The end

yahtzee!

Birth control drugs used for contraception is not medicine....Medicine is any drug or remedy for use in treating, preventing, or alleviating the symptoms of disease

Birth control drugs used for a medical problem is.....

pregnancy is not a disease, not a sickness.....

These are not concepts....these are facts.

Insurance covers many things that aren't diseases, including pregnancy, so you don't have a leg to stand on.

Did I ever say insurance should NOT cover pregnancy......anywhere ?.....you lose again....

YOU can BUY insurance for whatever you want, your elbow, your great toe, or your armpit.....just don't ask someone else to pay for it.....easy enough.

Should men get a little allowance for prophylactics ?...they help prevent std's, you should be on board with that...your logic says that is a "preventative device".....

How about kids bicycle helmets......knee pads, how about a snow blower to prevent heart attacks....
