Agreed this fascist bullshit sickens me. Hopefully all of these fascist fucks end in prison or in a ditch with a bullet in the back of their heads. They are evil.

As for "taking away women's choices", who took their choice away? I've seen no evidence this happened. Only whining complaints from the MAGAts pissed off they didn't go to the WH.

Pretty much everyone that understands how political pressure works and has been paying attention. It's a shame that some of them will regret that they feared temporary and toothless political retribution for the rest of their lives, they will know they missed an opportunity because they allowed others to manipulate them. If you were making a list of things that misogynists do on the top of the list would be:

1. Take away women's options.
and
2. Manipulate women.

While the men's team did attend the State of the Union address, the women's team, which won gold for the third time since the Olympics added the women's hockey competition in 1998, declined an invitation, citing logistics and scheduling concerns.

"We are sincerely grateful for the invitation extended to our gold medal-winning U.S. Women's Hockey Team and deeply appreciate the recognition of their extraordinary achievement," the U.S. women's team said in a statement released Monday. "Due to the timing and previously scheduled academic and professional commitments following the Games, the athletes are unable to participate. They were honored to be included and are grateful for the acknowledgment."

Knight scored the tying goal against Canada on a redirection in the final two minutes. Megan Keller scored in overtime to lift the Americans to the 2-1 victory.

This was the final Olympic game for Knight, 36, who with her second gold medal became the most decorated player in U.S. women's hockey history. She announced in May that these Games -- her fifth -- would be her last.

Trump insulted the women. I am sure they almost wanted to go to the WH. Trump is lewd and crude.
 
He didn't insult them... They were invited and declined prior to that.... And put out a statement that they weren't attending because of previous commitments , etc.... Even though they had been given the Opportunity and special resources to get there and return home in a timely fashion..At this point I wonder if that was even communicated to the entire team.... Their recent behaviors say that the decision was made by a few for all... They're on a social justice media tour of , still trying to Play it off.... I'd love to hear from all the team members about
exactly what happened... That's doubtful...

Well, according to Toxic, who as always has offered zero evidence for the claim, the women's team was invited "first," on the 23rd. Would that not be AFTER the ill-fated phone call to the men's team, which happened on the 22nd, the date of the winning game?

BTW, the men won on the 22nd and took the call from the PedoPOTUS in the locker room following their win -- on the 22nd. So yes, the women heard about that call, and felt slighted and demeaned, before their invite was issued. If you heard someone inviting someone to a party who said "I guess I should invite Toxic too, or I'll never hear the end of it" would YOU want to go? Given your absolute lack of self-esteem, you probably would anyways. lol

Every JPP MAGAt is "off" one way or another; stupidity, mental illness and dementia appear to be the most common causes. In short, they don't see reality the same way most people do. They live in an "alternate reality". Sad

If Trump had called the Women's team, it would have been on the news. Some WH lackey may have placed a phone call on the 23rd to soften the backlash of bad PR Trump garnered with his joke on the women, but Trump himself didn't do it. That's another indicator of Trump's deep-seated misogyny and cowardice.
 
They were offered special transportation and accommodations so that they could work with their schedule and get back home the next day....but they had already been invited.... Thankfully new leadership for the next Olympics... No more missed opportunities with the next Gold...🥇🇺🇸
