You cited GDP growth under Reagan. You were referencing a bubble that had disastrous consequences. You were 7 when Reagan was elected. A child. I started my business in '82, and purchased my first property in '87. Let's just say I remember Reaganomics better than you. You couldn't answer your phone back then, without a telemarketer trying to sell you a timeshare. Most timeshares never saw completion, which was a large part of the crash. Coupled with massive corporate projects that were never completed.

All due to Reagan's freeing up money in order to create a false GDP.
