Two weeks, still no explanation…

Two weeks since the public learned Former president Trump took top secret documents to a storeroom at Mar-A-Lago and he still has not offered an explanation why?!?
He’s basically claimed, they are his, and he wants them back, “we gave much”

cart before horse.....first we will need to know what documents are at issue.....as usual, you children are running ahead of yourselves.......shucks you idiots had him convicted three years ago already......yet you still haven't picked the crime......

Trump had in his possession documents that were supposed to be turned over by law to the National Archives by Jan 22, 2021

The National Archives requested the return of the documents.
Trump or people working for Trump didn't promptly return the documents.
Almost 1 year after Trump was supposed to have returned those documents he returned some of them.
When cataloguing the documents NARA discovered that some of the documents were marked as classified.
NARA also believed there were other documents that hadn't been returned and Trump was refusing to return them.
A Grand jury was empaneled and issued a subpoena for any documents marked classified in Trump's possession.
When the subpoena was served, some documents were returned and a lawyer signed a document claiming all classified documents were returned.
The DoJ and FBI was shown the unlocked storage closet where the documents were being stored.
The DoJ sent a letter saying the documents were not properly stored so Trump's lawyers had a second lock put on the door.
The DoJ subpoenaed security video taken outside the storage closet. The video may have shown people moving things in and out of storage.
DoJ takes it's evidence to a court and gets a search warrant. The search warrant lists 3 statutes that were likely violated. None of the statutes require the documents be classified for there to be a crime.

18 U.S.C. § 793 (e)
18 U.S.C. § 1519
18 U.S.C. 2071
FBI executes the search warrant and lists classified documents among the items it takes from Mar-a-Lago

After the above events:

PMP tries to pretend none of the above happened by pretending that all the documents were declassified so there is no evidence of any classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Let's never descend to the level where we can even imagine a cogent explanation from Donald Trump on any subject.
Even Er. Doolittle is said to have had trouble conversing with orangutans.

So you are calling Trump, his attorneys, Kash Patel, John Solomon, the DoJ, the FBI and major media including Fox News all liars?

What specifically in that list do you think is only "alleged?"

The majority of that list has already been presented to a court and accepted as factual.

A court has not ruled on any prosecution and trial of Trump.

“The Supreme Court determined in its 1988 decision on Department of the Navy v. Egan that the president’s power over classified information comes from executive authority granted by Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, which says, in part, that the “President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.”
“His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant,” the Supreme Court decision reads.”

The documents were declassified.

No case and I hope Trump sues the Hell out of the J/D and the FBI for using the awesome power of government to go after a potential political rival...in the former president’s own home...unprecedented...never done in the history of America.

Jul 5, 2016 — Hillary Clinton was "extremely careless," but "no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case," FBI Director James Comey said.

Since you think the DoJ and the FBI lied to the court, don't you think you should let the court know the evidence you have of those lies?

absolutely not.....I think its their job to tell us what evidence there is that Trump committed a crime you fucking lame excuse for a for a person with a logical argument......

So, the list I presented is or is not factual? If it is factual, then you have the evidence of a possible crime. If it isn't factual then tell us which item on the list is not factual in your opinion.
