“TSA confiscated record number of guns from airline passengers in 2022”

it is. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

no, it's your property, right? and don't even bother jumping on the 'see, it's not absolute if I can say no'............that would very clearly illustrate you know nothing about rights.

This once again… not absolute.

militia is not an exclusive term, neither is well regulated

Yet that is how it is punctuated in the document.

You think that army training from 40 years ago counts as "well regulated" today?

Seems to me that "well regulated" would mean annual evaluations and reviews, not some training you got 40 years ago that you couldn't complete today because of your troubles and background.

So it doesn't say that, you're just trying to pretend it does because you know it doesn't.

1. Because you wouldn't pass a mental health examination
2. Because of your membership in the 3%ers

All that shit will come out in a background check and you won't even get an invitation to Basic Training.

This guy believes Charly Mansion should be free to carry an AR-15 in prison. He believes a criminally insane psychopath has a “right” to a nuclear bomb.

neither does it say that only a militia has a right to arms........you're just trying to pretend it does because you know it doesn't

you're making assumptions based on no evidence, just your opinions. opinions you're not even qualified to make.

we all know that you want guns removed from society, but the founders established the Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect the weapon ownership of citizens.

It seems to me that they were more interested in protecting The State with a well-regulated militia, than letting you have a hobby.

I am in a militia.

no it's not. the SCOTUS has NEVER ruled that ONLY government regulated units have the right to bear arms.

You think that army training from 40 years ago counts as "well regulated" today?
yes. I can still run. I can still fight. I can still shoot. all of my combat skills are still up to date.

Seems to me that "well regulated" would mean annual evaluations and reviews, not some training you got 40 years ago that you couldn't complete today because of your troubles and background.
and that's why you're wrong, or at the least just misguided. It is the absolute height of stupidity to believe that the founding fathers would guarantee ONLY the government a right to bear arms after they just won a war for independence from a government that tried to take their arms.

if i'm dead, i no longer have rights, do I? is that your standard for absolute? that you have rights even if you're dead?

Absolute is absolute!

Does a hormonal 13 year old have a right to a nuclear bomb?

Should Charlie Manson be given a flame thrower if
N prison?

Would Muhammad Atta have a right to a nuclear bomb?

but you clearly don't know shit to begin with

Sure Jan.

not only that, but I'm betting that half the FBI agents and military you want only handling firearms couldn't pass that evaluation

Well, I guess we'll never know.

As it stands already, FBI agents have to pass a mental health examination in order to be an agent, so it kinda takes care of itself there.

Don't most soldiers also have to go through a background check and behavioral screening? I doubt you could pass it, mostly because of your posting history here on JPP.

Any recruiter worth his/her salt could pick up on your behavioral issues right away simply by looking at your posts here on JPP.
