militia is not an exclusive term, neither is well regulated. we all know that you want guns removed from society, but the founders established the Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect the weapon ownership of citizens.
I am in a militia.
There is a major distinction; local police are local and the FBI is federal...federally, the US government has a duty to protect its citizens as stated in the General Welfare clause.
Every single link you stupidly put up here had to do with local law enforcement, not federal law enforcement.

Criminals don't have gun manufacturing plants; they buy from straw purchasers, steal from losers like you, find the gun because it was lost, or are just given it by someone.
But every single gun out there was a gun that was first legally purchased.
