Maybe logic isn't your strong suit, but Islam and Muslim are the common denominators with both domestic lone wolf *Islamic* terrorists and their brethren from Syrian. Domestic Muslims have a greater chance of being assimilated than Muslims from that part of the world, as well. Hence, taking in hoards of the latter is maybe not such a swell idea and Trump is right.
