Trumps Lawyers are idiots...

Not sure what that has to do with filing lawsuits.

Seriously? You expect a serious, well-thought-out reply from ExLa? :rofl2:

He's been teaming up with AHZ all morning...giving each other handies.

The wisdom about judging people by their friends comes to mind in this situation.

Confirmed: You can judge people by the company they keep
It seems that people who declare themselves to have certain personality traits view that trait more favorably in others. So, if you like people who have questionable tendencies take a good look at yourself.

No, but I like to point out to anyone here with an inch of intelligence what a shit for brains nitwit he is.

All the intelligent people already know.

He claims to be a doctor but I'm not seeing it. Brain injuries, strokes, elderly dementia or mental illness might account for the discrepancy, but the more common answer is simple lying. Maybe he worked for a doctor for 20 years cleaning up waste and picked up some knowledge. I can only judge by results.

I'll take your evasive answer as a NO. And you wouldn't be if you have never practiced in Federal Court. My wife was a Federal court reporter for the Chief judge of the Northern District of Texas for 30 plus years. She has reported for ever title III judge and Federal magistrate in the Northern district. I have proof read dozens of Federal cases for her. I can tell you the answers a Federal judge asks lawyers are very different than a state judge asks. The Federal judges will almost always ask about jurisdiction to make sure they have the authority to rule on a case. The other questions are fairly standard also. But I wouldn't expect a small time state court lawyer to recognize it.

Nah - we almost lost the republic entirely under Trump. And the economy crashed.

You guys don't like Biden, but we're getting back to normalcy. Jobs are good, he's starting to reign in inflation, he's putting country over ego. I don't think he's great by any means, but America would be gone if Trump won a 2nd term.

By what standards

He has delivered on nearly everything he promised in less than two years in

Cherrypick much?

Gas prices - which took a long time to get where they are (hint: started under Trump) - are normalizing too.

All in time for the mid-terms. Republicans really blew it this year. They should have ditched Trump and moderated.

Yes

Because Biden is awesome

If you have to go to Dutch Auntie for validation you are really desperate.

More evidence you are not what you claim to be. Jarod responded to my question and didn't ask for validation. The only reason you'd make such a baldfaced lie is twofold; because you are pissed at me and because you are a fucking dumbass. Not exactly "doctor" material, eh? LOL

I practice in The Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. IN fact I just wrapped up an admiralty case in the Southern District.
