Trumps confessions…

I've answered this already. Are you stupid?

What YOU havent done is provide evidence e for your claim that I said trump was innocent. Do that or just admit you're a liar.

The fact you dance around the question is telling, Yak.

I believe Trump violated the law and, in fact, confessed that he did on national TV with Brett Baier. The tapes also back up that conclusion.

There's still a process, nitwit. Trump is not King, a Fuhrer or a dictator. We're a nation of laws and the President doesn't make the laws nor is she/he/it above the law.

There is no process when it comes to Presidential declassification dimwitted wonder dunce. I challenge you to find anything that corroborates your dumb claims.

If you were saner and less paranoid, you might have seen this: https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2023/06/09/trump-charges-classified-documents/
Here are the 37 charges against Trump and what they mean

A court on Friday unsealed the federal indictment against Donald Trump and an aide over classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home and the men’s alleged efforts to keep the government from finding the materials....

...Trump is accused of violating seven federal laws but faces 37 separate charges. That is because each classified document he is accused of holding on to illegally is charged in a separate count, and his alleged efforts to hide classified information from federal investigators is charged in several ways. His longtime aide Walt Nauta faces six charges, five of which are also lodged against Trump....

Trump will have his day in court, but I doubt he'll testify. When he loses, you'll run and hide like you usually do when proved wrong, Trump Dummy.

I've seen the indictment. It's first charge is espionage. No one needs to go any further in the absurdity of these claims. It's a document issue.

Keep playing your game…. Embarrassed to say aren’t you?

It's perfectly legal to ignore a DoJ subpoena?
He didn't, and yes...it is. The DoJ does not have power of subpoena.
you are an idiot.
No, that would be you.
Some of the brightist legal minds in the country work for the DoJ
Void argument fallacy. 'Expert' worship. If Jack Smith is this 'brightest mind', you have a pretty low bar you are comparing to!
and Trump was charged with 30+ felonies.
Indictment is not a conviction, dumbass.
Some rightwing jackass says he broke no laws?
He broke no law.
I'm sure if the guy is found guilty we will still have assholes like you claiming "he broke no laws".
That's right, because he broke no law.
You and he can tell yourselves that while he sits in a cell if it makes you feel better.
Political imprisonment is unconstitutional.
Trump has not be convicted of anything.
I have broken no law either.

How come his attorneys refuse to use that as a defense?
They probably will.
If it were true the DoJ would not be charging him.
Bullshit. The DoJ is currently run by Democrats.
Trump is the only one parroting that bullshit and ignorant shitheads like you are the only ones who believe it.
Argument of ignorance fallacy. Argument of the Stone fallacy. Bulverism fallacy. TDS.
The Constitution of the United States is not bullshit. The Presidential Records Act is not bullshit.

Trump has all the authorization he needs to retain any records he wishes. He doesn't have to declassify anything.

According to new court filings, prosecutors in Donald Trump’s classified documents case appear to have in their possession multiple recordings of the former president.

They should be good. I don't imagine they would release their best one at this point. They probably have one with the liar saying "fuck the DoJ and their subpoena, I'm not giving them back". That should help the jury decide his fate.

Trump does not have to give anything back. The DoJ is NOT authorized to view those documents, and they do NOT have any authority to limit the authority of the President of the United States (or former Presidents).

Trump broke no law.
