First off, no protester interacted with any elected person durign the Reichstag Fire - the notion that protesters were "threatening" anyone is a fabrication by the J6 showtrial.
Let me ask you, what is "insurrection?" Is it opposition to the goals and power of the democrat Reich? Is that the meaning?
For instance, if men armed with AK47's and AR-15's entered US territor and declared it soveriegn territory - no longer part of the USA, assaulting police, killing 8 and raping 19 people, then holding the territory through force of arms for 10 days, would that be insurrction? Or is insurrection ONLY opposition to the goals and power of the democrat Reich?
Should the leaders of such actions have faced any sort of arrest or prosecution? 8 dead - 19 raped - massive looting and property damage - yet Wray and his thugs said "no harm no foul." No one taken to the DC Gulag - only those who oppose the democrat Reich will be arrested.
