Enlighten us.....just what is unconstitutional about enforcing existing laws? These immigration laws have existed for decades, but are ignored by the left. 217 (a)(12) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1187(a). Only the lunatic left can accuse the enforcement of an existing law that has existed most recently from 1990,...unconstitutional.

As stated earlier....consider the source and the judge's obvious bigotry....the lunatic left coast. The Executive branch has every right to enforce immigration law as its written....to the letter and especially so when its a matter of national security. Everyone has taken note....that not one Article, Section, or clause of the United States Constitution is quoted as per the reasoning of this stay due to its supposed unconstitutional nature. Strange indeed....the judge can't quote the section of the Constitution that is supposedly contrary to the enforcement of existing immigration law. Also noted: Not one of these immigrants have the right to constitutional protection BEFORE they enter the nation legally. Thus....the judge who attempted to use the constitutional rule of law to protect foreign individuals under the DUE PROCESS clause of the constitution is FULL OF SHIT, the individuals were not legally on US SOIL until they legally cleared The US PORT OF ENTRY, which is the airport terminal....as established in legal precedent under the US rule of law. No foreigner breaking US law by the very nature of his/her presence on US SOIL is not entitled to Constitutional protection.

Of course the left will point out RULINGS by radical judges who have used international laws from other nations in an attempt to establish precedent of the US RULE OF LAW....but....there's a new sheriff in town in all branches of government to include the court system. What's even stranger is the fact that this same left wing Judicial system sit on their asses while Barry Soetoro....aka, Barrack Obama established an assassination hit list of US CITIZENS simply because they were accused of a crime....WHERE IS THE DUE PROCESS for the dead US citizens that were Tried, Convicted and Executed by Barry Soetoro's executive authority?

Nothing but crickets in the back ground .....silence from the lunatic left and their supposed international DUE PROCESS demands. The immorality is so thick you can cut it with a knife. When the US Courts are used to punish the righteous and reward the wicked.....WE the PEOPLE have a huge problem ...that will shortly be corrected at its source.

In order for the judges supposed ruling to stand on appeal the lunatic left would have to introduce facts into evidence that proves that none of the 7 nations mentioned in the EO as a detriment to US Security....have a history of terrorist activity and have not used the immigration system in the past to infiltrate other nations as supposed refugees and established terrorist cells in these nations resulting in the murders of many citizens of the host nations. GOOD LUCK. All the attacks from refugees in Europe and our own soil (Ohio State) are just a right wing conspiracy...right comrade member of the communist party USA?

I would most enjoy seeing the Senate make an example of this supposed judge....and impeach this political pundit for the failure to enforce the constitution of the United States. Enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC. ;)

i'm defending the constitutional separation of powers. nothing more, nothing less. how I feel about the EO is irrelevant. If this particular EO is unconstitutional, someone can surely point out how it is, right?
