WRONG. The Senate and only the Senate controls the Senate. Queen Nancy does not. The Supreme Court does not.

IF and only if the Senate decides to even hold an impeachment trial (assuming they ever receive the articles of impeachment in the first place), then and ONLY then does the Supreme Court get involved at all. The chief justice conducts the trial, but he does not get a say in the outcome.

BTW, the Chief justice of the Supreme Court feels the same way that Mitch McConnell does.
