it's 100% bogus, and I do not care about so called "free trade" ( since it doesn't exist).

It's impractical, counterproductive to bigger goals, and reduces commerce. Just build the wall-$B15 is peanuts.
Then find ways to get Mexico to pay it.

Honestly I cannot think of a worse idea then this for hemispheric trade.
