Trump to serve jail time in GEORGIA for a multitude of attempt counts

I had a case involving Trump's business once. I can't remember what about. I wish I had retained the letterhead. I still remember its look.
Maybe I garned an employee of his.

There should be no doubt Trump has fucked over a lot of people, both before becoming President and after.

When do they decide if he can or not? Like it or not, Trump has rights and a bunch of metrosexuals in pink pussy hats whining about Trump living in his palace doesn't change Trump's rights.

I'd like to see Trump behind bars too just like I'd like to see Hillary do some time for her crimes, but I think we're all going to be disappointed and never see this:

Well, I imagine the contract Trump signed is specifically enforceable as it involves real estate.
They could enjoin him from residing their more than the prescribed # days per month, and once
an injunction is issued a civil contempt could be enforced by a Marshal or Sheriff, then a lock out.

Not sure each party's level of motivation to do that dance or how long. Basically I think the neighbors
consider his footprint a public nuisance. I may like Elvis but I wouldn't want to live next to Graceland.
The traffic and the cult yahoos and all would get old fast.

Trump has rights we don't.

But, I'll admit harming Trump is more spiteful than logical, only because it would divide & year apart the USA.

Btw
My friend used to live in a room slightly smaller than that.

Her neighbor a Guatemalan family of 5 lived in a room only slightly bigger.

Now you tell me why Trump won?

Trump would've been unelectable before the Illegal crisis.

What did he do run his mouth & do nada.

“I understand that the Fulton County District Attorney wants to look at it. Maybe that’s the appropriate venue for it to go.”
A spokesperson for the office of Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis did not immediately return an email seeking comment on Raffensperger’s remarks.
Legal experts and lawmakers have expressed alarm at Trump’s Saturday phone call with Raffensperger, during which the president pressured the secretary to “find” enough votes to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

Do not pass go, do not collect $200

It's certainly proof Trump is unfit to be President; he's either a crook or crazy. My bet is on batshit crazy.

Not as cray-cray as INT/IBDa/gfm, but still too insane to serve.
Lol...you're citing those on my ignore list, but I feel for ya.

Re. 'crook', from day one, trump has had his various legal teams counseling him on how far he can stretch the powers of the office and still stay on the 'legal' side. In some cases, I believe he did break the law, but he knew that:

A: He is untouchable as long as Barr is AG.

B: He could string any challenges out in court for years, which was his M.O in the private sector. Plus...he thought that he'd be re elected, so that gave him 4 more years of protection.

Barr quit.

Agreed. What others seemed keep saying is that "Because Trump is guilty then he will be going to jail". That's no more true than it was for Hillary, and for the same reason: too much power, too much money and too little evidence. Factor how that money, as you rightfully pointed out, could string out court cases for years and, IMO, it's better to focus on more doable things like locking up Junior for 5-10. :)

Barr was fired after the election. trump knew that he had no more protection from him.

Nope. He resigned.. Perhaps Trump was going to fire him for saying his investigation showed that there was not enough fraud to flip the election. Such actions are not allowed by Trump.

Seems banana republicish for both sides and their shenanigans. you cant try to jail trump over every thing you don't like and it seems the AG there was only going to let certain counties be inspected, etc.

I'm sure it will all be in the slew of books coming out between now and the Fourth of July.

Pretty much what I meant. I'm sure he was given a chance to bow out gracefully. Just as when someone quits trump's criminal enterprise, he likes to say that he fired them.

Kinda odd.

There are lots of jobs Trump will create. There will be libraries full of tell-all books. Historians will have a huge amount of craziness to explain. The Trump shelves will surpass the Kennedy assassination books.

I wouldn't want to bet on the difference. :)

Trump has at least one good flounce left in him. What do you think it will be? The books will say all the nutty things he wanted, but what will he actually do?
