Dream on, commie.
Trump is ahead in all polls. If he doesn't get the nomination that means the GOP establishment thwarted the will of the people. The party will be dead and we won't have a country left.
I think you'll find that he's not.
Take your average Democrat poll. None of them show Trump leading.
Take your average Primary/Caucus cycle. At the moment, he doesn't have enough delegates to win (and I think that's a LITTLE more reliable than a random poll).
The important thing to remember about polls is that they're all nonsense, because they can be manipulated to say what the pollster wants their particular poll to say - and then, of course, there's people like me who tell polling folk when they call the exact opposite of what they actually think, because I do love to skew polls.
If he doesn't get the nomination he'll just go on an Independent run, and stupid, pathetic, blinded, moronic, uneducated, craven, idiotic, feckless (I think that's enough adjectives... for now) imbeciles will still be able to vote for him.
But one thing is clear, the GOP is on life support at this point, largely by their own devices. Perhaps this'll be the schism to match the birth of the GOP from the Whigs.
