Go back and read my posts I admitted I was wrong and that it did happen under Trump.
And maybe IF Trump hadn't LIED so much and put out deceiving, misleading ,confusing and conflicting info it wouldn't have been so bad.
With all the trash he put out the Governors of the states that got hit first didn't know what to do, they did figure out it spread very fast so they decided to shut things down so it wouldn't spread so fast.
1 woman came int o NYC from the EU and in just less then 30 days there were over 79,000 people that had it , so shutting things down was the right thing to do,
Again IF Trump hadn't lied and spread all that misinformation it wouldn't have been so bad a lot of it falls right on Trump for that.
