No, Iran was on it's way to developing full nuclear capability, but the Iran deal postponed the inevitable for the time being, decade down the road when the deal expires they will reach that point

Iran deal was anything but a failure, need proof, even the President has verified it's results twice now, and bombing a couple of plants years ago didn't end Iran's efforts, as I said, it is inevitable, the best that could be hoped was that they would be delayed
The Iran deal is a failure. A huge failure. Israel only sent a message with that bombing and it stopped Iran for a quite a while. Too bad they did not continue.
