let's see.....is it better if lil'Rocketman gets goaded into launching before he perfects his delivery system so we can nuke his production facilities or that we wait until he has the system down pat?.........we all know it's going to happen some day when he wakes up and realizes his people don't really love him........

The more of a danger to the world Kim becomes the bigger target he becomes to China. I think China is on the verge of taking him out. If he hits South Korea with a nuke the dust cloud will most likely spread to China and I don't believe the Chinese want that.
